Review your KPIs

KPIs are a fantastic way to review your progress from January until now. Perhaps you implemented a new, organic social media campaign and want to see its impact on your followers. Maybe you chose to invest more money into traditional media and want to review the growth of your organic and direct website traffic. KPIs will allow you to truly see how your marketing strategy is working, so don’t skimp on reviewing them! 

Check in with your employees

As much as you want to focus on your business, make sure to check in with your employees, too! Listen to their questions, comments and concerns. Allow them to share their ideas as they could be thinking about something that has never crossed your mind! Not only will this help you, but it will also boost office morale and create a more open office culture. 

Check out your competitors

Your competition can help you! Look at what they’re doing and what you can learn from them. If possible, try to see what their customers are saying about them. This can allow you to adapt and step in to influence them to make the switch to your company!

I’m not where I’d like to be… now what?
